Welcome to the community Guidepost, powered by BNIA's Vital Signs data in partnership with Innovation Works. The Guidepost is a free public resource designed to equip everyone interested in Baltimore with neighborhood-specific data to help them make informed decisions in their communities. The Guidepost allows you to interact with Vital Signs indicators using areas of interest such as growth and occupancy, workforce development, real estate markets, crime and safety, and equity. Through tables, charts, trendlines, and maps, community users are able to see how their community fairs over time and how their community compares to others. This enables Baltimoreans across the city to have the knowledge and, therefore, power to create change in their communities.
